Richard Grinchunas, President
Richard has 35 years of experience in designing, analyzing and presenting marketing research. He has completed more than 2000 quantitative research projects, with special emphasis on the more sophisticated research methods such as segmentation analysis, brand perception/imagery mapping, and studies designed to optimize brand positionings and strategies. He is also recognized for claims substantiation research. Rich has his MBA in Marketing and a BBA degree in Statistics.
Howard Cohen, Vice President
Howard has over 30 years of experience in all types of marketing and advertising research, especially strategic research. Howard spent the first part of his career on the advertising agency and corporate client side. During the last twenty years as a senior research designer and account rep, he has been responsible for a wide variety of clients and strategic research projects. Howard has both graduate and undergraduate degrees in Marketing.
Gloria Quinn, Vice President
Gloria has over 25 years of quantitative marketing research experience. Her background in Communication provides clients with a broad base of expertise in designing and implementing even the most complicated or technical of research projects. Her ability to effectively “search the net” for pertinent consumer target and product/service information provides further analytical efficiencies and insights to all research projects. Gloria received her BFA degree from Michigan State University.
Ellen Herskovitz, Vice President
Ellen has over 25 years of experience in the market research industry. Ellen received extensive field training at Burke Marketing Services. She has worked as an interviewer, field supervisor, and has decades of “hands-on” experience in fielding and managing all types of quantitative research studies. She works closely with clients and the Project staff on research studies. Ellen holds a BA degree from Miami University.
